How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! 

  • Browse our products and select the item you’d like to personalize. 
  • Use the customization fields to upload photos, add names, or select design options. 
  • Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. 
  • Once we receive your order, we will email you a mock-up design for your review and approval. If you prefer to skip this step, simply check the option: “I trust the designer – send directly to production.” 
  • After approval (or if you choose to skip the review), your order will be sent to production. It typically takes 2-4 business days to produce and ship your order. 
What is the design approval process?

Once you place your order, you will receive a design preview within 24 hours. Please review and approve the design within 48 hours to avoid delays in production. 

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will proceed with production based on the design preview shared. 

You can choose to waive the approval process by selecting the option: "I trust the designer – send directly to production." (We recommend opting for this option if the design is simple and the product’s personalization only involves a custom name or text). 

In some cases, we may contact you if we have questions regarding your order or if the photo(s) provided are not of high quality and need to be addressed before the order is sent to production. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our production time typically takes 2-4 business days or less, depending on the level of customization. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location: 

  • USA: 3-10 business days 
  • Canada: 8-14 business days 
  • Australia: 10-30 business days 

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. However, if you choose to proceed with printing the product without design approval and it has already been printed, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible. 

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order, please contact our support team within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.  product without design approval and it has already been printed, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship anywhere in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout. 

Do you offer gift messages?

We offer gift message options on many of our products. If available, this option will be displayed on the product page, allowing you to include a personalized message for your recipient when placing your order. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. 

Will my order arrive in a single package?

If you order multiple items at once, they may be delivered in separate packages. This is because some products are printed and shipped from different locations to ensure the best quality and timely production. You will receive tracking information for each package to help you monitor your order's progress. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will inlcude a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

When will the tracking information be available?

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available. Please note that tracking information to Australia may be limited. 

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If you haven't received your order within the indicated above delivery times, please contact us vita the contact form (please include your order number), and we will look into it for you.
