Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. We always aim for perfection in every product we create. If something isn’t quite right, get in touch with our friendly team—we’ll be delighted to assist you. 

Spotted a mistake after ordering?

Don’t panic! Contact us right away, and we’ll do our best to make corrections before your order goes into production. Fingers crossed it hasn’t been printed yet!

Received an item with an issue?

If there’s a typo or mistake you made while placing the order (don’t worry, it happens to the best of us!), let us know, and we can reprint it for you at a reduced rate. 

If it’s our mistake—such as the wrong item, a defect, or a production error—we’ll send you a replacement or process a refund at no extra cost. Just let us know within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it for you ASAP! 

For refunds or reprints, we may ask you to share a photo of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for a change of mind on personalized items.
