We love seeing your custom gifts in real life! By tagging @itsgift.store or using the hashtag #itsgiftstore on social media, you grant us permission to repost your photo, video, or content across our marketing channels, including but not limited to our website, Instagram, Facebook, email newsletters, and advertisements.

We will never use customer photos for promotional purposes without either:

13. Duties & Taxes
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we offer replacements or refunds for items with a major problem. This does not apply to change-of-mind returns for personalized products.
